Eligibility
Management Quota is not a separate route from NEET. Students seeking MBBS admission through applicable Management/Institutional Quota seats in participating private medical colleges in Mumbai must qualify NEET-UG and satisfy the academic and admission requirements prescribed for the relevant admission year. Maharashtra conducts the NEET-UG medical admission process through the State Common Entrance Test Cell.
NEET-UG Qualification
You must qualify NEET-UG for the relevant admission year. There is no separate entrance examination for Management Quota MBBS seats.
Class 12 / Equivalent Qualification
You must have passed Class 12 or an equivalent examination with the subjects required for MBBS admission.
Required Subjects & Marks
You must have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English and meet the applicable minimum marks and eligibility requirements for MBBS admission.
Minimum Age Requirement
Candidates must satisfy the NEET-UG age requirements applicable to the admission year. For the 2027 admission cycle, the final NTA/official admission information should be checked once published. The 2027 age requirement should not be presented as officially confirmed before the relevant notification is released.
Maharashtra Eligibility
Maharashtra domicile should not be presented as a universal requirement for every private-college Management/Institutional seat. Eligibility can differ according to the applicable seat category, candidate status, college and Maharashtra admission rules.
