Meghnad Saha Institute of Technology (MSIT) began its journey on September 5, 2001, with a team of dedicated individuals and a vision for the future. The college is approved by AICTE and the Directorate of Technical Education, and is affiliated with Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT).
Located at Nazirabad, Chowbhaga, behind Urbana Complex near Ruby General Hospital in Rajpur Sonarpur, the institute offers an ideal environment for engineering education. The institute has a student population mainly from eastern and north-eastern India.
