Eligibility Criteria
✓ Nationality: Indian citizens or Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) are eligible

Minimum 17 years as on 31 December 2026 (for Engineering & Technology)
No upper age limit (except Marine Engineering – maximum 25 years)
✓ Educational Qualification:
Passed or appearing in Class 12 / equivalent from a recognized board
Board: CBSE, ICSE, or any State Board recognized by the Central / State Government
✓ Subject Requirements:
For Engineering: Physics & Mathematics (compulsory) + one of Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Computer Science / Computer Application / Technical Vocational Subject
For Pharmacy: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics / Biology (compulsory)
✓ Minimum Marks:
General Category: 45% aggregate in the above three subjects
Reserved Categories (SC / ST / OBC-A / OBC-B / PWD): 40% aggregate
English: Minimum 30% marks (for all categories)
✓ Domicile:
No specific residential requirement to appear in the exam. However, state reservation policies apply during counselling for West Bengal residents.
